The hotel had a prime location with easy accessibility to the metro station and the city's popular landmarks. The staff at the reception counter was courteous and helpful, and the rooms were adequately modern and comfortable.
The rooms at the hotel were a bit cramped, with no elevators, which was inconvenient for travelers who had heavy luggage.

We were impressed with the friendly and helpful reception staff who made our stay comfortable. The hotel's reasonable minibar prices were a plus, and the view of the nearby Sameba Church from our balcony was amazing. Additionally, the hotel's rooftop terrace was a standout feature with breathtaking views of the city and the cathedral. On the location, it was easy for us to get around the city with Avlabari metro station only a 10-15 minute walk away, and we were pleased to find some local restaurants and shops in the area.
Cannot find any fault.

I had such a lovely time staying at this hotel in Tbilisi. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Natia on reception. The rooms were modern and tastefully decorated, with good WiFi. I was lucky enough to stay in a room with a balcony, which had an amazing view of the nearby landmark. The location of this hotel was perfect, right in front of a huge cathedral and alongside a hill, making it easy to walk back up from the nearby station. The breakfast provided was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from, all served right to your table. this hotel offered great value for money and I would definitely return if I ever come back to Tbilisi. Thank you!
Everything was great, nothing to complain about!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was perfect. It was situated right in front of a huge cathedral, providing a stunning view from the balcony. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Thirdly, the rooms with a terrace were a great addition, allowing us to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful surroundings. And lastly, the breakfast provided was simple but wholesome, giving us a good start to our day.
All was fine, couldn't ask for more.

The hotel's location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the cathedral. the breakfast offered was satisfying, with a good variety of options to choose from. the beautiful architecture and decor of the building made for a pleasant environment to be in.
Our romantic getaway was less than enjoyable due to the low quality of the facilities. the bed was uncomfortable and the sheets and towels were old and worn out.

The staff at Epic Hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even prepared an early breakfast for us when we had to leave before normal breakfast hours. The view from our large balcony, directly opposite the Tbilisi Cathedral, was absolutely delightful. Despite being a repurposed hotel, the location was ideal for exploring the city on foot.

The hotel has an excellent location for those who want to be close to the main landmarks. It's conveniently situated next to a breathtaking cathedral and just a short walk to the Old Town's local restaurants. the rooms are modern and comfortable, with some even offering a beautiful balcony view. the friendly reception staff is always helpful and accommodating with any requests.
The breakfast offered is disappointing and overpriced.
